The Kannada film ‘Contract’ that was launched on Monday stars action king Arjun (Arjun Sarja in Kannada) and JD Chakravarthy, the handsome looking actor and director of many Telugu films.
Arjun is back after the bilingual film ‘Sri Manjunatha’ . He starred in that film 10 years ago and later produced a film ‘Vaayuputra’ for his nephew Chiranjeevi Sarja. In this Kannada film (the Telugu version muhurut of this film was held in August this year) Arjun plays the business tycoon. The role is perfect to my image and this is a triangular love story. I am working with JD after 16 years and I had even directed him in a film.
JD Chakravathy the actor with sense in Telugu is debuting in Kannada. His assistant of four films Sameer is the independent director of this film ‘Contract’.
JD Chakravarthy is happy to work in Kannada and he lauded his assistant for his approach and dedication. JD plays the villain and he will be in possession of the business magnet Arjun in the film.
Ramachandra Raju is the producer of ‘Contract’. Sameer in his independent direction is shooting in Bangalore, Mysore, Lalitha Mahal Paalce, Malaysia and Bangkok. This is an action, sentiment cum love story film.
